>I’ve said it several time that I don’t particularly care for my blog name. I’ve even written about it a few times. I also want to move into Word Press and get my own domain.
Last year my Dad bought me TopsyTurvyTots.com for the baby stuff I’m currently selling on Etsy. He also paid for 1 year of hosting. Silly me just realized that the hosting plan Dad bought includes multiple domains! Yippee Skippee! That is 1 more step closer to my goals and I didn’t even realize it. A HUGE thank you to Dad!!
I have decided to keep the blog name, My Life, Such as it is…. To quote Hubby, “I like it. It pretty much sums it up right?”. *sigh* TW likes it too.
So now I’ve bought www.mylifesuchasitis.com . I’ve added it to my TopsyTurvyTots.com account with the host, QTH.com. The sweet people at QTH.com have been so very helpful to me. I’m not very computer literate when it comes to the nuts and bolts of the Internet. Now all I have to do is figure out how to switch this blog to WP. Of course then I need to figure out a theme to use along with what plug ins.
I really should decide on what I want my “brand” or look to be. Custom header? Color scheme? Who am I and what do I represent to the world at large? What do I want to represent to the world at large? I don’t have a niche or cause. I write about a little bit of everything. These are some of the things I really need to ponder on. I’m hoping to be able to figure some of it out at BlogHer ’11 next week.
