Inspired by Thrifty Decor Chick over the weekend, I started clearing out and organizing the Hall closet. This is also my linen closet where I stash the bath towel, sheets, and other misc. stuff. I even put labels on the baskets!
Here is a picture of what it looked like after I removed Kiddo’s bath towels into his bathroom.
I put his towels rolled up under the sink. Hand towels in a side drawer.

I then put the sheets in separate baskets, 1 for each size. The towels are also rolled up & sorted by color. On the bottom shelf are the beach/swimming towels plus a basket for assorted linens I don’t have a place for yet. Mainly extra tablecloths, table runners, cloth napkins – special use items. 
I now have 2 empty shelves at the top of the closet. My plan is to use them for scrapbooking, sewing, and crafting supplies.
Somehow we ended up with 3 humidifiers, a heating pad without a cover, assorted first aid/medical items plus several mis-matched pillowcases. The banker’s box holds our income tax & bank records.
Not bad for a weekend’s work. Now onto many other house projects!
