I took Ruby to the local dog park for the first time. She wasn’t impressed with the dogs but loved the people and all the new smells.
Of course now Ruby expects to be taken to the Dog Park every day!

Wordless Wednesday – Ruby at the Dog Park

BB was begging to take Callie to the dog park on a warm day last week. I think I’m waiting until her OMGPUPPY has chilled just a bit more. lol
It’s a really nice dog park but kids under 12 yrs old are not permitted at all which totally annoys me. The cool thing about the dog park is Callie’s energy won’t be any big deal. You just let her off the leash and let her go. There were 2 Great Danes, an Irish Wolfhound and a full sized Bloodhound there that day. Ruby was one of the smaller dogs!
Our dog park has nice benches and a covered area to sit in. I took my Nook and read for an hour. I only looked up a few times to check on Ruby.
