This took place a few weeks ago. I was working in the kitchen while Charlie was playing in the kitchen, Hubby’s office, and the family room. The various Super Heros were quite busy that day. Here are snippets of what all I heard that afternoon as Charlie was playing.
Background – Iron Man, the Hulk, Spider Man, Venom (aka The Bad Spider Man), Wolverine, Blue Beetle and other assorted Good Guys were riding on Iron Man’s Rolling HQ vehicle. They were driving all over the house having adventures. Iron Man was driving.
Iron Man – Hey Hulk, look what I can do! I’m doing the splits and it hurts.
Hulk (to Iron Man) – you just want me to get killed!
Iron Man – Hulk, just get in the truck!
Wolverine – Can I watch your TV? (refering to the screen inside the vehicle) It’s time for my favorite show.
Iron Man – Hulk, what’s going on back there?
Hulk – I’m fighting the Mean Spider Man.
Iron Man – Good ’cause we’re crashing!
Oh no, Spider Man, Hulk and Blue Beetle are hurt. Quick to the Super Hero Hospital. Hut 2,3,4 Hut 2,3,4 Hut 2,3,4
And my personal favorite…
Hulk – You be on top.
Spider Man – no, you be on top
Hulk – I’ve never been on top of someone’s truck before.
