Charlie is afraid of heights just like me. I push him to challenge his fears even though he doesn’t like it. So we went rock wall climbing with his Troop over Spring Break.
I mainly belayed for the boys. Charlie and friends did a rappel off a 30 foot drop as well as climbing. They then worked on the Climbing Merit Badge after lunch.
So fun! I love rock climbing but love rappelling more. I loved going with my boys.
I didn’t try either but want to next time.
