Woohoo! I’m featured on BlogHer today in the DIY section under Crafts. My post from Easter 2012 on Silk Dyed Eggs is highlighted on the front page today.
An update to say that I did try this with plaster eggs and the results were not as good. The colors were not as bright nor were the patterns as defined. I am wondering if letting the eggs boil longer would improve the transfer process. I have not tried this process with wooden eggs but do not think it would work very well.
