Thank you for all of your love and support these past months, weeks, and days. Charlie and I appreciate it more than you know. Hubby passed away in the early hours on Monday.
Visitation is at Davis Greenlawn Chapel on Friday, October 26, from 5:00 – 8:00pm.
The funeral service will be held at our church, First Baptist Richmond, Saturday, October 27, at 10:00am.
The Graveside service is at Davis Greenlawn cemetery immediately following the funeral.
A lunch reception will be held at First Baptist fellowship hall following the graveside service.
Everyone is invited to the graveside and luncheon.
Any of Charlie’s classmates who want to come are more than welcome. I am working on getting the nursery open for toddlers and younger children but am not sure of those details yet.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Charlie’s college education via his Texas 529 plan are appreciated. You can download and print a coupon for mailing your donation here.

This really sucks that you have to write this blog post….I wanted you to know you are one amazing woman, Robert was lucky to be by your side for 16+ years and Charlie is lucky to have you as his mom. You’re gonna make it through this! We love you Aunt Liz! XoXo
Hello there, Beth! How nice your post looks. It is just right and the college plan for Charlie warms my heart. I hope you are getting some rest amidst the flurry of preparations. Always so much to do. I wish I could “StarTrek teleport” in to help. Know that I am sending a virtual casserole and home baked bread. Much Love to you, Charlie, the family, friends and Cub Scout Pack as everyone transitions through this change. Fondly, Robin

I wish you could teleport in too! The college plan donations was my friend Felicia’s idea. Much better than flowers in the long run!
