Over a month ago I wrote about making this cute hurricane vase. I didn’t come up with the idea myself. I copied it from The Thrifty Decor Chick, who got the idea from someone else, and so on, and so on.
I draped a fall leaf garland on the mantel and added some fall looking candles to the candle holder. I put the wooden pumpkin up there to try to balance the hurricane vase. The picture needs to be moved as it just doesn’t look right to me right there. The fireplace is huge. I need something big hanging up above the mantle but just have no clue what exactly it needs.
