Another Project Done

I managed to get another project done, for the most part, over Spring Break last week.

Allison gave me her piece of slat board when they moved over a year ago. It sat in my entryway for several months and then in my office closet for a few more.

The plan was to mount the slat board in the closet and use it to hang various craft and sewing projects, organize stuff, etc.

A shout out to Charlie for holding up the board while I screwed it to the wall. It is attached to the wood holding up the shelves so nicely anchored.

The next step was to start figuring out what to put on it. I purchased some baskets and small shelves from Uline ages ago. Allison gave me the hanging hooks.

This is what I have so far. I did add a hook for hanging my quilting rulers last night. The other hanging items are the felt rectangles for making felt food and other fun stuff.

This is most definitely a work in progress but one I am happy to have almost completed!
