When I got home from my Weight Watchers meeting I found this in our driveway.
The water is being turned off at 10:30am for our block, both sides of the street. Who knows when it will be turned back on. Thankfully these are considered city pipes as opposed to belonging to us.
I gained 1.6 pounds this week. I was not overly surprised as I haven’t tracked like I should and was eating like a pig.
I’m off all next week unpaid. Which I don’t want and don’t need and can’t afford. I can pick up outside of my regular work hours of 7-11am which I have done somewhat.
The Honda is overheating when idling. It started smoking on the way to MD Anderson yesterday. We checked the coolant and it is fine. There are no puddles under the car indicating a leak. It will be paid off in 2 months.
Murphy is doing his best by us for sure!

There is now a metal plate over part of the hole. The city contractor is supposed to come some time this week to repair the driveway.
Now the car needs about $600 in repairs. *sigh*
