Charlie’s Easter Basket this year had Hot Wheels, a Monster Truck, soccer cones, and a new beach towel. We don’t have an egg hunt in our home because there are so many others he will participate in elsewhere. Same thing with candy – Charlie will get plenty from other relatives. Our church as an Egg Hunt for kids so we were there by 9:30am. It was inside due to the impending rain but Charlie had fun anyway. Service was wonderful. I love Easter hymns!
My family all met for lunch after the service. Dad, Rachael, Chris, Robert, Charlie & I had a great lunch together.

Then it was on to Robert’s family celebrations. This is usually a large gathering with friends plus extended family. There is an annual Egg Hunt as well for the kids. We spent the rest of the afternoon there. Charlie had tons of fun playing with his cousins as usual. The Egg Hunt was a success! This year there was money in some of the eggs plus candy.
