Seriously, our beloved family pet is a vampire!
Who would have thought such a cute sweet dopey little puppy
would morph into this hell hound with a penchant for blood?
How do I know she’s a vampire? I discovered her love affair with drinking blood quite by accident last week.
Slurp. Slurp. Slurp.
“Ruby, No”. I kept shooing her away. She would not stop licking the back of my leg.
Slurp. Slurp. Slurp.
Literally as I was walking around the room, Ruby followed me, trying to lick my leg while I was walking.
Slurp. Slurp. Slurp.
What I did not realize is that I had nicked the back of my knee while shaving and that I was bleeding. Not badly enough to notice the bleeding until Hubby pointed it out to me.
So apparently our dog likes to drink blood. And correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t that the defining characteristic of a vampire?

Yup, it sure is. Wonder if my pooches “turned” her because they do the same thing!!!
